The State High School Varsity Hockey Tournament is off to a great start with the Sky View Bobcats beating the Northridge Knights 6-3 at the Ogden Ice Sheet.

Sky View had an amazing 1st first period with Sky View scoring 4 goals while Northridge scored 0. 1st period goals were made by Adam Snow, assisted by David Nelson, Jake Hill assisted by Adam Snow and David Nelson, Austin Gray assisted by Tanner Gray and Braden Limb and Tanner Gray Assisted by Braden Limb.

During the 2nd period another Sky View Goal was scored by Braden Limb assisted by Austin Gray. Northridge scored 1 goal.

Going into the 3rd period the score was 5 to 1. During the 3rd period Tanner Gray scored the Bobcats 6th goal unassisted. Northridge scored 2 more times.

The final at the end of the game was 6 to 3 with Sky View moving on to the Elite Eight.
