Agenda: Public roads for Planned Unit Developments

The Smithfield City Council will meet Wednesday to consider: updates to the planned unit development ordinance including requiring public roads for all PUDs, fire protection agreement with Hyde Park, re-approval of final plat for Elk Ridge Estates, and public hearings over budget amendments for the past year and the tax rate for next year.

The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 23 at 6:30 p.m. in the new city hall (96 South Main).
